We manufacture using 3 vulcanizing presses. We currently have over approx. 1,300 vulcanizing molds.
Wear frames
Format sizes from 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm and special dimensions, individual sealing edges, varying conicity,or spacers for your slabs.
Facemix distribution plates
We offer a wide range of face mix distributor slabs with a dimension of up to 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm.
Press Stamp Plates
We manufacture press-stamp slabs in a smooth version or with “edge pressure” and “medium pressure”.
Vacuum suction plates and cages
Handling of structured slabs. Our vacuum suction plates and cages are the safe prerequisite for this.
Ejectors
Our systems guarantee you precision and longevity with a dimension of up to 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm in any imaginable dimension
Complete mould sets
We also manufacture the remaining accessories such as mold tables, die retaining plates, and wear plates.
Diamonded and grinding segments
For the calibration and grinding processes, we provide diamond and grinding segments specially optimized for our machines.
Brushes
We provide durable brushes “Made in Germany” in various degrees of hardness and grain sizes.
